1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Siteline Digital’s services (the “Service”), including the purchase and use of our Contractor Site Starter Kit, Contractor Site Workshop, and Contractor Site Pro products (collectively, the “Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms

Siteline Digital (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Description of Service

Siteline Digital provides pre-designed contractor website templates, setup instructions, video tutorials, and optional support (depending on the plan purchased). Templates are delivered through one-click import into your Webflow account.

4. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your personal or business website only. You may:

  • Customize the template for your own business needs.
  • Publish and operate one live website per template purchased.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, share, or redistribute the templates, tutorials, or any related materials to others.
  • Claim the templates as your own original work.
  • Use the templates to create competing template products or services.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license and access, without refund.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist others in doing so. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass security features or access areas of the Service without authorization.
  • Share login credentials or access with others outside of your business.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, tutorials, support materials, and content provided by Siteline Digital remain the intellectual property of Siteline Digital. Purchase of a Product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siteline Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

9. Govering Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
